+ Weddings, Baptisms, Funerals

Many people come to us enquiring about weddings, baptisms, or funerals at the church. Click on the links to the left to find out each area more specifically. Contact the church office for more information on any of these.

Prayer

Prayer is so important to our work as a church. It is so much more than bringing God our requests – although it is that too. It is the basic expression of friendship with Him – where we talk to Him, and He to us. During our services and meetings we will often break off to bring our requests to God and to listen to him.

We aim to pray before the main service each Sunday, and we offer prayer ministry after the service. After and during the service we particularly enjoy praying for healing.

But we realise that praying can seem daunting to people who are new to church. We would love to help you learn more about prayer, and how to do it. If this is you, please talk to us.

If you would like to run a special prayer event for a particular issue, please talk to Alistair or Andie.

+ Services – Sunday and beyond

Our main service is on Sunday at 10.30am, where we meet for around an hour of songs, prayer, and a 20 minute talk. We have an informal style, and always have activities for children. All are welcome – whether you have been a Christian for years, or are just interested in finding out more.

We also have a variety of other services – Our outline for what services are running on each Sunday of the month are outlined below:

1st Sunday  9:00am: 10:30am: Holy Communion Service (with kids groups)

2nd Sunday   10:30am: All Age Service

3rd Sunday 10:30am: Holy Communion Service (with kids groups)

4th Sunday: 10:30am: Morning Worship Service (with kids groups)

5th Sunday (when there is one) 10:30am:  EITHER: Holy Communion Service (with kids groups) OR: All Age Service

Away from Sundays we offer the following:

  • Sermons and Talks anytime
  • Seasonal services (e.g. Ascension Day, Ash Wednesday)
